Sunday 25th April

Rev Dr Derek McKelvey will lead our service of worship this morning. The theme is 'Believe the Lord's promises even when you can't see them.' The Bible Reading is from the book of Isaiah. Watch the video to find out more about Isaiah and what messages he brought God's people about the promises of God. 

Sunday 18th April

Rev Alan Johnston will lead our service this morning. The reading will be taken from Mark chapter 6, verses 7 - 13. The theme is 'The heart's response to what seems unattractive.' He will be helping us to think about Jesus sending his 12 disciples out to teach. You can watch a video here of Jesus again asking his disciples to go and teach - Jesus wants us to go into the world and tell others about him! 

Sunday 4th April - Easter Sunday 

For Easter Sunday this morning Mel shares with us a very special story - 'The Garden, the Curtain and the Cross' and as Mel says in the video the wonderful thing about this story is that it is true! 
Praise God for the empty tomb -
​He is risen! 

Sunday 28th March - Palm Sunday

Rev John Dixon leads our service this morning. Today is Palm Sunday and we'll be thinking about Jesus making his 'Triumphal Entry' in to Jerusalem. Our reading is taken from John 12:12-19.

What would you do for someone who you thought was very special?

Sunday 21st March

Our service this morning will be led by Rev Ian Mckee. The theme of the service is 'The all sufficient Grace of God,' with the reading taken from 2 Corinthians 12 v 7-10. Mel will talk this morning about God showing strength in our weakness and providing all we need because of the Grace of God.

Sunday 14th March

Ellis is leading Worship this morning, we’re learning about Nehemiah again this morning and how he kept going.

Bob thinks about ‘Keeping going’. When Nehemiah was building the wall he might have found it easier to give up. Bob had to give up on the skipping challenge, but there are some things it’s best to keep going with.

Rev Alan Johnston will be leading worship this morning, thinking of the theme - ‘Faith’ based on the Bible Reading Mark 5 v 21-43.
Mel will bring the children's address based on the same theme.

Gary Dalzell is leading our service this morning, he’s looking at Psalm 145

Bob's been braving the weather and thinking about how trees cope in the windy weather. We look at Ephesians 3:14-21 today

Rev Alan Johnston will lead our service for us this morning. This morning the theme is 'Jesus calming the storm' and our reading is Mark 4 v 35-41.

The Very Rev Dr John Dixon leads this morning's service for us. This morning we will think about the word Immanuel and how God is always with us!

Sunday 24th January 

Rev Dr McKelvey leads this morning's service for us.
This morning for the children Rev Dr McKelvey will think about 'How Big Is God?' and teach us that we all have a Dad in God, who is the best and loves all his children. 
Our song this morning is 'Great Big God!' one of our favourites! 


Sunday 17th January 

This morning's service will be led by Rev McKee. The Children's address is based on the story of Philip and Nathanael meeting Jesus - you can find activities for this story in our Google Classroom. 
Rev McKee also wanted us to share this song - Jesus, Strong and Kind - have a listen and see if you can join in!

Sunday 3rd January - 'Hope in Adversity' 

Rev Seawright brings us the talk this morning as part of our full service. He will talk to us about trusting God today and having hope in him! Remembrance Sunday - 8th November 

This Sunday is very special as it is Remembrance Sunday. We think about the theme of the British Legion this year - 'Every Poppy Counts' - as we think of how we can remember this year. 

Sunday 1st November

Bob, and Dan McBride from Jesmond Parish Church in Newcastle, England, tell us more about Nehemiah's attempts to rebuild the walls. Even when they we're having trouble with each other they trusted God.

We return to our series on Nehemiah this morning and learn how the people didn't give up and think about how we can keep going!
